Excellent breakfast one of the best we have ever had locations was a short taxi ride to everything we needed to do as we were all pensioners
No complaints at all would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Very friendly, helpful on transport & area around Blackpool. Very clean best I have seen. Breakfast was cooked how we both liked it and remembered the following days. Will book again next time in Blackpool.

The room (upgraded - thank you) was spacious and had a sofa and plenty of room to store clothes, bags etc, Helpful to have free off street parking, The breakfast was lovely and the location is close to the tram stop.
The shower was quite temperamental and was difficult to get it to maintain a constant temperature (either very hot or very cold). The water pressure was also low. BBC1 & BBC2 channels didn't work on the TV. Mattress was very soft - we coped but others who prefer firmer support may not have done but this is just personal preference. No breakfast menu, again personal preference but for non English speakers, it makes it a little easier to see whats on offer. Only appeared to offer full English or cereals and toast.
