Great place for short break, easy to access, quiet area but within easy reach of all of Blackpool amenities.
Very pleasant helpful owner there when needed for information and advice.
First class breakfast sets you up for the day!!

Room fine, bed fine, breakfast adequate, price Ok
Not allowed to bring food back and miles from anywhere, staff unhelpful especially the man - very aggressive at breakfast. No light on stairs at the top. Claimed to be 4 star but was actually three at best. Would never stay again under any circumstances.

This property is an oasis of calm just off the north pier end of Blackpool. We used it as a base for doing a stage of the Lancashire Coastal walk. Our room was in the attic and was relatively small but the well thought out layout made the room comfortable. (There is no lift). Our host was brilliant and served a cooked breakfast (ordered the night before). There is free parking in the street but is limited because there are other small hotels in the area. There is a tram stop one block away.
The window for breakfast time is quite limited, presumably to ensure that the cooked element of breakfast is fresh.

An absolute jewel of a place for the price I paid. Very clean and tidy upon arrival loved my stay and will definitely be booking again.
My breakfast plate wasn't big enough, for the huge, delicious breakfast I received every morning. See pic yummy yummy.
