It was very noisy, very thin walls and could hear people in the next room being inappropriate with a lot of children there we did not sleep all night due to the noise and when I went to tell the hosts they were nowhere to be found. I liked it was close to the winter gardens.

Tbh after coming home with bed bugs I will never stay here again, I'm doing all I can to shut this hotel down it's absolutely disgusting I'm suffering with bites all over my top half, I will be sueing this place and I shared it all over socal media and they blocked me straight away they should be ashamed of themselves!!!
Once again its dirty riddled with bed bugs the kettle was dirty inside dust build up behind the bed

The staff were lovely and friendly.
The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty and the bed sheets weren't clean. After asking they be changed, I came back to just a clean sheet over the top of the dirty one and had to remove it myself. The reception area was also incredibly dirty too. The only good part about this stay was the staff and their friendliness

The location was good
Lack of organisation from staff, the place seemed to be undergoing some sort of renovation, it was dirty and messy. Lack of post stay communication, security seemed lacking.... Front door always left propped open etc. It was only a one night stay, otherwise wouldn't have continued our stay there.

Very Good
The man who welcomed us to the property when we checked in was very friendly. The budget double room was excellent value for money, it was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our room had free WiFi which worked well. Parking is limited but it is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the sea front.
The property and room were dated and could do with modernising.
