Absolutely loved our stay. Friendly host (vicky). Rooms were spotless. Trip was for my friends 60th birthday, vicky had our table ready for breakfast with a happy birthday banner , would highly recommend. Will definitely return when visiting Blackpool again. Delighted to see their rescue cats.
Great hosts, lots of information about what was happening in the town.
Thank you vicky for an enjoyable stay.
There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff, rooms clean and cosy. Breakfast was lovely too. 10 minute walk from the tower. Will definitely be returning next time we go to Blackpool

The owner is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
Brilliant family room with everything you need and it was lovely and quiet so we all had a fantastic sleep. The breakfast was amazing and had a good selection.
The location was really good as it was just a 5 minute walk to the peir.
We will definitely be back!!!!

We loved everything about our stay here. All the staff were friendly and hopeful polite nothing was to much trouble. On arrival we were told our room had been upgraded as well we were over the moon. We will definately be coming again. The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Would throughly recommend a stay here.

A warm welcome. Off road parking. Clean and tidy through out. Lovely large and light communal lounge. Friendly people. Good size pleasant dining area. Sadly no fruit as advertised at breakfast, which was particularly disappointing for me, the cooked breakfast was nice, a good choice of cereals, and good variety of bread/toast . Good size warm bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Our pillows were very flat and lumpy. Lots of choice of different teas, but sadly no hot chocolate sachets. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Replenishing supplies for your room from a table downstairs seemed odd initially, but actually is a good idea for choice of teas, and other toiletries, just a shame about no hot chocolate sachets. Which would of been nice after being out late in the wind and rain.
The pillows were extremely flat and lumpy, some more than others, they do need replacing.
Sachets of hot chocolate would be nice, especially when you come back late, cold and wet. A simple British custom at bedtime which would of added to the comfort. I dont like to criticise these two things, but if no one says, then the owner doesnt know. It really is a very nice place to stay.
