Wonderful
This is the best guesthouse I have ever stayed in Blackpool and one of the best I've stayed anywhere (and I am a seasoned traveller). The room was exceptionally comfortable and well equipped. The bed had a top quality mattress and pillows. There was a comfy chair, a wardrobe with lots of hangers, a shelf beside the bed and a lamp. It was nice and warm, because the radiator stayed on for a decent number of hours and there was also a heated towel rail in the bathroom. All of these things are rare in this price band, especially in a single room. The wi-fi was excellent. Breakfast was available, though I chose not to have it myself as I don't like eating at that time of the morning. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. The Golden Sands is the best type of traditional B&B.
I can't fault the guesthouse itself on anything. The location may be too far out of the centre for some people.

Great facilities, the room was very spacious, we had a dog with us, plenty of room for a whole family, en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The dining area has staggered times so you have plenty of room to enjoy your meal.
Can honestly say there wasnt anything to dislike.

Perfectly located away from main roads and traffic noise yet moments away from trams and buses. Moments from the Promenade and only 15mins walk from the centre. Cleanliness could not be faulted.

Ange was a great host ,friendly and knowledgeable. We got a tram pass for the weekend which was hassle free.
The room and bed were huge and spotlessly clean . Great to have proper sized mugs too
We were given the option of breakfast ,which we took and glad we did as superb value for money with plenty of choice. Lovely quieter location which we liked as no late night noise.
We will definitely be doing a return visit
Uphill from the tram stop. No reflection on the B&B , just lack of personal fitness
