Nice part of Blackpool. Sea front location. Tram stop nearby. Lovely helpful staff (really) . Nice breakfast. Clean. Not too hot in room. Very clean bathroom . Tv worked well . Slept well. Good value

The location was good,close to all attractions, plenty of space to park your car,arrived an hour early and was surprised I wasn't asked to pay any extra and our room was ready
Lift looked old and claustrophobic, didn't want to chance it,and wasn't alone others avoided using it aswel, just didn't look safe,just my opinion,room was cold and you could smell the damp,I touched the wall paper that had bubbled up and was coming away from the wall,was soaking, tv was tiny and a mile away from the bed that wasn't comfy, such a shame because the hotel looked great from outside, had a sea view but windows were filthy and could hardly see through them,didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment, sorry but wouldn't stay again

Location seafront in a quieter area with plenty of off road on site parking. Easy checkin, clean comfortable bedrooms, all other areas also clean comfortable with easy access lift to all floors and the biggest thing I like the helpful friendly and professional staff giving me the feeling nothing would be too much trouble helping to make my holiday the best experience.
