The room was perfectly clean and in an ideal location for exploring Blackpool. A 2 min walk from St Chads Road tram stop.

The whole place was tastefully decorated and furnished. Josie the owner was superb, nothing was too much trouble, she was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
