The location was great, the breakfast was very nice.
Blinds were very dirty, the quilt under the cover was also very dirty, shower was broken, very noisy floor boards and can hear EVERYTHING the other guests are up to in there rooms.

Comfy beds very colourfull Christmas decorations. Good budget hotel friendly owners decent breakfast.
Carpets and towels need an upgrade shower door broken not much power in shower but a good budget hotel OK for a nite .

From the minute we arrived Peter was very welcoming. The room was nice and warm on arrival. It was very very clean. Just what we needed for a weekend away in Blackpool. Couples and families only so no drunken stag or hen parties coming back at all hours. The breakfast the next day was spot on, and the service at breakfast given by Chris was second to none. Would we stay again, absolutely. Great value and a good location. Thanks guys.
There was absolutely nothing to fault from Peter or Chris. They were both great hosts. Parking would have been good however we knew this wasn't available before we booked. We did however get to leave the car outside the front until 9am the following morning which was very handy.

The room was spacious and comfy (nice and warm on cold evening). Location was 5 min walk to everything. Staff were extremely friendly/ helpful, just me and my young child that stayed and can sometimes be wary in places but felt extremely safe there and was no disturbances at all

It was only a short stay but it was great value for money. The host was very welcoming. The place was really clean and tidy.
