Location great close to all the attractions ,the owner is helpful and friendly the rooms are comfortable very good value would stay again

Room was super small and basic, cosy bed, tv and nice hot shower. Could see Blackpool Tower from window so a nice stroll to the sea front. Overall not a bad price and it did us ok.
Both Booking.com and Lanes websites need updating as both mention breakfast, lounge area and bar. No specific mention that these arent available. However, we can recommend The Hive for breakfast (or any other meal). Just knowing these things before you go would be good.
