Great location, very friendly hosts. Rooms clean and comfortable.
On arrival there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the entrance lobby. This was unfortunate as the hotel is of good quality.

The breakfast was lovely and really fresh, bacon was thick and good quality ingredients. There was lots of choice of cereals and other options too. Location is very central for what we wanted and really quiet too. Hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you

Excellent hosts ! Ian and Kevin were fantastic. We were celebrating two birthdays and they really made it a brilliant weekend. Rooms were spotless, beds were comfy, plenty of tea and coffee and we didnt have to ask for anything. The breakfast was by far the best Ive had in any bed and breakfast and was cooked to order. We never went hungry. Excellent location too. I really cannot recommend it enough 10/10 ! Felt like family by the time I left and am looking forward to staying here again !

As a solo traveller staying over the weekend to attend a reunion, this place ticked all the boxes for my stay. All I required was a clean comfy bed, a quiet location, en suite facility and a great breakfast, there was tea/coffee making facility in the room and a TV, access to an iron and board if required, so happy days. In regard to breakfast, it was great, cooked to order, good quality too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they do a great job as all areas were clean and tidy.
Not an issue for me, but I was on the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb if mobility is an issue, and again not an issue for me, the en suite was a bit snug.

Exceptionally clean & well maintained. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom spacious. All communal areas were spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh to order. Plenty of top up tea/coffee/toast if required. The hosts were very friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend
