The breakfast was great. Tea coffee juices. Cereals.Fresh fruit. Toast. And a lovely full English. All freshly prepared and brought to you. Veggie sausage available. Couldn't fault it.

Really great location near to Cabin/Cliffs tram stop. Facilities in room excellent, and the breakfast provided was of good quality. Peaceful location, and excellent hospitality from Rhona.
The bed was a little soft for my liking, however, that's personal preference.

Very clean, lovely room in a quiet area so exactly what we wanted. Owner was fantastic, she was so helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent too, nothing was any trouble, we would definitely come back again. 10/10, perfect.

Bit far out of town centre for walking. But trams are available and we had a car.

The breakfast was excellent, the cooked breakfast was served piping hot and cooked to perfection. The choice of fresh fruit salad, pastries and fresh crusty bread daily was very nice. The bed was comfortable and facilities were great. I would stay again. The owners were fantastic.
