Lovely owners, second time I’ve stayed here. Perfect location with parking very close by if needs be. Clean rooms, easy check in. Will stay here again when I come back

That it was next to the sea front (no sea view)
The hotel and facilities did not match the hotel description.
No toiletries
No sea view
No searing area (1x table and chair out side the front door?)
Poor WiFi and TV signal didnt reach top floor fsmiky room
Shower quality weak.
When complain to booking. Com the hotel LIED and said they fixed alloir issues when they did not.

The location is spot on. Quieter end of the beach, but easy access to the theme park and waterpark
The bed was really uncomfortable. We struggled to find any staff during our stay. The noise of other guests (although can't be helped) meant we were kept awake most of the night. The towels werent pleasant to use

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Owner was really friendly. They accommodated us last minute after our first hotel cancelled our booking. Room super clean and comfortable! The bath was amazing my daughter absolutely loved it. We realised after spending the day in Blackpool and getting back to the car that my youngest had left her tablet in the room after checking out. I walked back over and even though they were closed for the day they still found her tablet and returned it to us! Honestly I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very small there was no tea bags or coffee in the room and the bathroom was so small you could hardly move. The bed was so uncomfortable me and my partner hardly slept and the noise outside was horrendous
