Good breakfast. Nice big room. Free parking was a bonus....some hotels charge.
I could hear noise from attached rooms and particularly creaking floorboards and noise from above. Maybe some soundproofing would help.
Difficult to get an evening drink as the barman wasn't readily available.

Very low quality rooms. The bathroom to my room didn't even have a lock. Also whilst having a shower, the shower rail fell off and almost got me on the head. The hotel heating was on full blast, couldn't sleep all night even after asking for 2 fans. They were pretty useless. Kids were literally sleeping in their undies. Was so close to changing hotels but because we only were mostly in our rooms in the night so we didn't bother. Almost forgot to mention we had a false fire alarm at 5am which woke the whole block, but soon turned off after 2-3minutes, no explanation from the staff and left my kids in shock for the rest of the stay.

The room was very nice but the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly
The toilet was blocked and there was only one towel but reception was more than happy to replace the missing towel otherwise great breakfast was lovely beds very comfortable stayed in 106 would stay again lovely room

managed to get a parking spot at the side of hotel which was free so very good, reception staff very friendly and helpful, no plug in sink but one was brought to my room when i reported it to reception as well as a glass tumbler for the bathroom.
the shower was not that poweful a flow as i like and the step up to it was a bit precarious but was okay.
