Alll fresh good staff. Stay good had to pay more for breakfast second morning dont get that plus the price of drink changed when auction was on but will go back because everything else was good

The room was spacious and had everything we needed .
The barman moaned alot about not getting a break and having to make his tea cold so he could serve people as there was no one to take over for him to have a break . It made me feel bad about going back for another drink as we could hear him saying the same to all the customers . Someone also set off the fire alarm at 3am I assume they were smoking in the rooms to set it off

The room waa clean & tidy.
THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE MATTRESS SPRINGS WERE HURTING ME ALL NIGHT. AT 0430 LADY IN NEXT ROOM WAS BANGING ON THE WALL SHOUTING, TERRIBLE FOR YOUR HOTEL AND NO RESPECT FOR ALL OTHER GUESTS. I'D NO SLEEP AT ALL BED & BAD OTHER GUEST. THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF VERY EARLY HOURS. THE STAFF ADVISED IT GOES OFF WHEN IT WANTS. TOLD TO IGNORE THE FIRE ALARM IS A SAFETY RISK. THE TV WAS MALFUNCTUONING, UNABLE TO WATCH IT.A

Location. View. The breakfast was lovely, transport accessible outside hotel into the town centre
List is endless, I booked a double executive bedroom. What I got was far from executive
Beware room 103 is a dive! No bedside tables, No Lamps, only 1 socket working under tv, Bathroom door only opened so far until hitting toilet basin, Hotel room door very unsecure. The heat was unbearable no way of switching it off and only one small window to open. Lime green residue down the bath.
Evening reception staff couldnt help and lied to say no more bedrooms were available and began to throw clip boards and paperwork around.

Location
Everything, the hike hotel is in a poor state. Entrance smelt moldie and like an ashtray. The carpets were old thick and smelly, the floor boards were all creaky. The decor was so dated, felt like we had taken a walk back to the 1960s. The rooms were tiny, literally could only walk round the bed. All furniture was old fashioned dark wood. We had booked breakfast but didnt bother going for it. For what we paid and with it being a large sea front hotel, I expected much more. It was no better than one of Blackpools back street B&Bs. In fact Id go as far to say some cheap back street B&B are in far better condition than this hotel.
