Great location to get to the Tower, shops, Winter Gardens, piers and beaches. Bonus having a little fridge in the family room. Plenty of towels provided.

The staff were so friendly, the room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of great choices. I was travelling alone with my daughter and we felt very safe and welcomed.

Rooms were very clean . Nice and warm. Great TV size for kids to watch when getting ready. Nothing was too much trouble breakfast was amazing great location. Tony made us feel right at home definitely be back

Really friendly owners who went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our family room was clean and tidy with daily housekeeping offered. Lovely to have tea and coffee replenished daily without needing to ask.
The breakfast was delicious and they were very understanding of our son's coeliac disease, ensuring he was catered for and could enjoy his food too.
Thank you so much for making our much-needed family break so enjoyable.
The pressure in the shower was a little sporadic and didn't maintain its temperature. However, this was a tiny issue and one we didn't mention as we're completely aware how easily these things happen - especially when a guest house is busy. It wouldn't put us off rebooking and didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.
