The food was excellent a choice of breakfast and food in the bar was excellent and very reasonable. The staff was very friendly nothing too much trouble will definitely go back again. On street parking no parking charges
Nothing to dislike rooms clean and comfortable beds couldnt find fault with anything.

It was clean
The breakfasts was average at best, the room was small, the shower only worked when you took the shower head down. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was tiny. The tv was the smallest tv Ive ever seen

Hot shower. Great breakfast. Not too far from town. Easy (free) parking outside the hotel. Easy access to the sea-front and tram stop. Upgrade to a double room.
The room was very cold when I arrived. There was no heating in the en-suite so that was especially cold. Quite a busy road so there was traffic noise.

This hotel charges extra for cereal at breakfast, the breakfast is not exceptional as advised on the website, the hotel also charges extra for coffee, tea etc to be refilled in the rooms. There are better hotels in the area and so sadly we would not stay here again.

The owners Bryan & Alan were warm and friendly. They made us feel like family . Andreas, who worked there, was lovely he made us laugh and helped me with my Spanish.

Breakfast clean but simple,bed surprisingly comfy.
Arrived to cold room Friday evening,room Very old,dated, furnished from local charity shops, room heating insufficient, no hot water from shower early evening, heating obviously has to be on a while, and Yes did let it run. !!
