It was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Adam and Dave were very approachable and friendly. The room facilities were good, and it was very easy to top up your tea/coffee needs for the room. Location was just a short walk to the sea front and the piers. It was a very enjoyable stay..

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Felt very at home during our stay. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Parked at back of property. Good location only 10 - 15 min walk to Blackpool Tower.
I don't really do cooked breakfasts but I had the sausages. I'd prefer them to be better quality but that's me being picky.
