Location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the promenade and the famous Coral Island.
My room was on the top floor. The shared toilet however, was down on the first floor. Not ideal if you need to go during the night. Luckily, my friends were literally next door so I was able to use their toilet.

The shower had mould in it. There was someone else's tablets under the bed. Didn't feel very welcomed on arrival

Bed was comfy, staff was polite and cheerful , the shower was lovely would be in all day
No elevator , very steep stairs I struggled to Make it to the top , i struggled to see the tv as it was really small , the bathroom walls have a few broken pieces of paint. a hairdryer would have been nice

Unfortunately for me I had noisy selfish neighbours 2 out of the 3 night's I was there but other than that no Complaints.. Good Value for Money

The hotel is central to everything and is handy to pop back throughout the day. No frills and cheap. Only required somewhere clean to sleep for a couple of nights. Friendly staff. Tea making facilities and sink in room.
Could do with a sink in the toilet to wash hands.

The staff was really nice people they went above and beyond to help in any way possible Also let my kids borrow a full bag of sand toys for a beach day which was really kind already booking again

The area, the staff/ owners, the price. The hospitality xx the coffee refills, the lending of an umbrella, letting us store our cases before the room was ready and after the hols to enjoy the last day x I would go again but it needs to be refreshed and modernised.
The facilities as tv connection was loose, old deco and bed etc it needs refurbishment and noisy toilet that was on the 2nd floor and we was on the 3rd x the shower was outside the room door do not to bad but was old and noisy, no wardrobe in the room only a shelf with a few coat hangers above the kettle so not very good for a suitcase load or 2 and especially not long items like dresses, trousers or jackets etc x

Bathroom smelt like it has a sewage problem but shower and bathroom was clean it is dated but for the price can't complain I just needed somewhere to sleep and my sleep was amazing in the bed so can't complain at all

Wonderful
Great location near everything you could need with children. Family focused place which was nice and felt very welcome unlike some places Ive been with children.
A new shower curtain could be needed, as well as a shower head that fits on the Holder. It would only hang down which made it very difficult to shower the little ones.
