Perfect little B&B..
The host was very welcoming and gave us great information on getting around. First time in Edinburgh, and I absolutely loved it.
The accommodation itself is warm and clean. The host serves a great selection on the breakfast menu.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...
The shower cubicle is extra small.

Free parking if able to get a spot just outside the hotel. Close to bus routes with a bus ticket being 4 for unlimited day use. Host was a nice guy. Guest guide was helpful. Room was clean.
Some mold growing at the top of the bathroom. Our room number (8) felt like it had paper thin walls, we heard everything. Lack of plugs by the bed.

We visited Edinburgh during the Fridge festival,. and left our hotel booking late, so options in our price range were limited. We found this hotel at a good price, and location (a short bus ride from the centre of Edinburgh). Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. The room was basic, quite small, but clean with a comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower, which are 2 of the most important things I look for in a room. Excellent Scottish breakfast, cooked to order each day. I recommend and would stay here again!

Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave lots of fabulous advice on places to visit, transport, where to eat out etc, and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfasts were delicious and we had a huge choice.
A lovely quiet and tranquil location. The bus stop into the city is only a few minutes' walk away and within 15 minutes you're in the middle of beautiful Edinburgh!
In the room that we stayed in, the bed was a little low. But for young or short people it would be absolutely fine!
Not many working channels on the television.

Breakfast way okay, but not amazing. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the room was nice, though a little worn down.
It is located around 2 km outside of the city center, but the bus service works well, so it is not too bad.
