The location of the hotel from where you will get buses within 1 min. Walking distance to reach the city/ Tourist Spots. And the hotel environments also so silent and peaceful and feels like own Home.
But the hotel price is quite high but it is okay.

Disappointing
Room was absolutely freezing asked twice via the ring doorbell to have some heating put on but never happened. Definitely won’t be back. Only good thing was the location as it was close to the hospital

Cute room design.
Friendly staff.
Rooms need a deeper clean, stains and marks all over the walls, bed, floor etc.
Whilst the designs were cute, the rooms are dated and need a rework.

I've never seen or spoke to a member of staff the whole time I was there. The bathroom in the room was very dirty. The shower was full of hair. Decor throughout the whole place is outdated and badly needing re doing.

Closeness to the hospital
Not clean with mold in toilet and dirty radiators with stains on walls with bed bugs trap behind bed and cotton buds from prior guests in toilet and behind bed, security light kept going on at night even though nobody was around... Room was on ground floor and at night you can hear the people staying above peeing in the toilet upstairs....

The lady who looks after the place was lovely and so helpful
Very damp bad smell of mould and whole house from top to bottom is extremely worn from stained carpets to ripped wallpaper, couldn’t use shower for the moulded shower head and basin definitely the worst place I have ever booked through booking .com

A lovely sized room and bed.
A good coffee and tea tray.
A walk in sized wardrobe.
Plenty of parking at the back of property as well the front.
The room was dirty with drink spills and splashes down the walls. General dirty marks. Canvases that are continually knocked and leaving swing marks. The bathroom didn’t inspire me either!

The location
There was no hot water for whole 2 days for our stay. Was able to move to another room as note put under the door but we got back at 10pm and left at 5.45pm so no point in moving rooms. The walls in the room were dirty. Breakfast was very very basic no hot breakfast. The carpet on the stairs was very threadbare to the point that the carpet grippers were visible.

Location - easy to get to the city centre of Edinburgh
The bathroom was really bad, there wasn’t any heater.
While taking a shower I realised the water wasn’t warm enough.
