Nothing. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, the window wouldn't close and the toilet was leaking on to the bathroom floor. Definitely wouldn't advise for anyone with asthma, the bathroom ceiling was absolutely covered in mould.
This property was completely falsely advertised. And at 300 per night! Absolutely disgusting.

The front door as a means of escaping the conditions.
Check in unfriendly lack of assistance. Room condition, unhygienic worn flooring, decor, sanitary facilities , mould and rust on fixings, electrical equipment needs attention not to mention dirty TV remote. Did not stay for breakfast as state of room was probably an example of kitchen hygiene, although paid for as could not shower didn't sleep well, felt so unwell with the stay just had to leave as quickly as possible.

I needed to book last minute to stay an extra night due to an emergency and my boyfriend was in hospital unexpectedly. It was very close to the hospital, the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable
I was in such a panic I accidentally booked the wrong night, and I wasnt able to cancel my reservation/amend the booking without getting a refund or charged a fee so I ended up booking for 2 nights instead of 1

Quiet, tidy, friendly staff, great breakfast. Nearby is Craigmillar Castle, a great place for a walk. Convenient to get to the center by public transport. The best price-quality ratio!

It was close to our first stop
There was absolutely no staff. the place was not clean, the bed was basically broken. There was an extensive amount of mold in the bathroom shower.

Nothing. This hotel was disgustingly dirty with torn wallpaper and mould on walls and in the bathroom

The staff, when present, was rude and absolutely unhelpful. There was no one in at the accorded arrival time, wifi never worked and was mocked upon the following morning when staff came in and I asked for help, there was absolutely no heating on, nor anyone to help us, the night we slept there, in the middle of a freezing winter, the room was really small, breakfast was sparse and disgusting, preposterous value for money, at over 200 a night in a squeezed twin room it's a steal, advise any further travelers to avoid the place

Arrived to one bed broken in half , the other all lumpy and mold all over the bathroom with dirty run down carpets in room. Staff just brushed over this issue
