Check in was good would be better for a 12 or 1pm checking in 3pm is late especially when you want to visit the city with a young family
The 3 or 4 emailed asking what time of arrival to respond and say between 12 and 1 then turn up and be told I can’t check in until 3 after emails asking me my arrive time what’s the point in sending a message that sends mixed messages

Nothing really but if I wanted to be picky I found the pillows a little to high I’m used to sleeping with a flat pillow but that’s just me

When I booked through Booking.com,I didn't know the breakfast was not included and I had to pay an additional price for breakfast. I don't have anything against the hotel but Booking.com should be more clear about details

Had an excellent stay at this establishment! First time staying at a best western and I could not if been more blown away by the service! Fantastic and will be definitely booking shortly again but with a larger group. There was a certain member of staff j cannot in any words describe how helpfull and accommodating she was. LOUISE assisted in a way that was professional and genuine. Staff who have people skills and shownmanners are hard to come by as myself and my family work within day to day with service users/customers. Manner cost nothing at the work ethic Lousie displayed was outstanding and from the heart. Thankyou best western see yous again soon hopfully
