The area was very quiet and had a nice safe feel about it. Location was excellent around 20min walk to Princess Street.
Really struggled to find something to fault, in our room the bathroom door lock wasn't secured too great.

Lovely comfortable bed & a warm cosy atmosphere.
I was absolutely blown away with how stunning the building looked when we pulled up & it was decorated so beautifully for Christmas & then we walked inside....
I actually lost my breath & got quite emotional (probably a mix of nearly 24hrs flying from Tasmania) when I seen how lovely the inside was decorated too.
Staff were really kind, helpful & friendly. Phenomenal customer service!
My only little negative was the parking issue.
Coming from out of the country & hiring a car it was a bit difficult figuring out parking & there were quite literally no available spots.
We had alot of luggage & were very tired so it was tricky to navigate the parking & then the stairs to the room without a lift.

Great location. Stunning breakfast.
Early morning (6am) delivery of beer kegs right outside our bedroom window. Which went on for half an hour.
