Nice, quieter residential neighborhood.
Room layout was in-livable. The window-side of the double bed accessible only if you were a fit contortionist able to navigate a 5 opening between the wall and the bed not to mention avoiding a television minted to the wall in that space. A closet.

The location was good and staff friendly
Room was for 2 people, not 3 but to make a 3rd extra bed thrown in so almost no room to walk or for luggage. Window stuck open. No lift and lots of stairs to first floor. Floor was pretty dirty but otherwise clean. Fell down the front steps.

Location was great and the staff were friendly
Plug in sink was faulty, mixer tap in bath was broken, mattress and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, net curtains torn and window was nailed open, floor was slippy (no rug), and finally no lift, not great as I was on top floor.

Location slightly away from the hustle and bustle which is good when you have luggage to haul around. Not far from tram stop that goes to the airport.
