Cleanliness was excellent.
Location is very good and just near the city centre.
1. No where it was mentioned at the time of booking that flat is on 2nd floor and without lift. Had to carry large suitcases. Plus, if you order anything you have to go all the way down and come back by stairs.
2. This is professionally managed. Checking at 3 PM means its 3 PM, not even 2:55 PM. Such small adjustments/ customisations are essential. Its not asking for moon.
3. Kitchenette was not even having basics, that should be in apartment like sugar/salt and pepper sachets. Usually these are essentials and some supplies are kept in all the places I have booked. Read many reviews later where others have also mentioned this part. But seems no one is hearing.

Its clean, tidy and cosy. The apartment close to the city centre, therefore its very handy and easy to get things if needed. Though its close to the city centre, its also quiet.

Except location. Fantastically clean. Excellent facilities, comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Secure parking too which is a bonus in a city. Security for the doors worked perfectly.
Nothing really. A comment would be that if you are on the second floor youll get fit walking up the stairs!

The location was fantastic. A close enough walk for just about everything.
The kitchen was great but there was no salt,pepper, oil etc.for cooking. There was no elevator which was a challenge with heavy suitcases.

Really great place! Very spacious, clean and modern, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great. Perfect location near city center and transportation. Easy access, parking availability and near grocery. Easy communication with the Destiny Scotland team. I really recommend this place!

The check-in went well otherwise, but we would have hoped for some flexibility if the flat was cleaned before 3pm.

The location is absolutely perfect - in walking distance to the main station and very close to all attractions. Many cafs and restaurants nearby (also a market). The apartment is beautifully decorated, It has two bathrooms. Its very clean, very easy to heat, and the bed is very comfortable. Windows are well sealed so its very silent at night - you dont hear any noises of neighbours in the building either.... Check in and check out is very easy.
We asked for two small covers instead of one big one and would have had to pay 17 Pounds per night for getting an additional cover. I bought a duvet for 24 Pounds instead and brought it with me.
