The apartment was right in the city center close to everything
During my staying there was a leak in the apartment and at 5 am I woke up coming out of the fire exstuinguisher and the ceiling. At some point even the electricity wasnt working. I tried to contact the owner but none answered. I had to go to the upper apartment to look for someone and finally found someone from the maintenance. Also i needed to leave the luggage in custody as the check in was at 3pm and I had to go to an office somewhere else in the center which was only open until 5h30. Also on Sunday when I left, the office was closed so I had to leave my luggage at the staying storage.

Good location, very clean on arrival, easy access good communication with host
Room service could have been better , we were not provided with refill for tea, coffee, and milk. We stayed for two days but Room not cleaned between two days.

Great size for a studio. Had everything we needed. Perfect location between the bus station and railway station.
Instructions for turning on some of the lights and heaters. Couldn't work out the switches near the bathroom.

It was next to KFC and McDonalds. It was tired, the blinds were dusty, the duvet was very small and the decor cheap and it was over priced.

This is a great studio apartment with good facilities. The washing machine/dryer was appreciated. Shower was good but bed is a double size. Room was quiet and not impacted by the busy fast food outlets below. Well located for public transport and sightseeing.
Comfort was impacted by bad timing of the heating system. This was notified to management and does affect my comfort rating unfortunately but overall we enjoyed the apartment.

Fantasitic location for walking access around Edinburgh
Location is on St Andrews Square near KFC and McDonalds. A lot of late night noise and commotion on 2 of the 3 nights.

Good location but very busy with crowds around the entrance door as it is next to a McDonalds.
We had a tiny double bed. Having slept in a kingsize for most of our adult lives we just dont understand how modern apartments are still providing small double beds. It was too uncomfortable to sleep and the room was warm so we left feeling as though wed hardly slept all weekend.
The blinds in the kitchen area had a thick layer of dust on them.
