Location was vague- could use porters or more assistance for arriving guests. Believe I got bug bites from this hotel sadly.

Nice and spacious studio. Excellent location to do sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and bars in 5 minutes walking distance. Staff is very friendly!
Studio was in the basement between some staff rooms - very noisy in the morning!

Staff professional and warm - liked overall space - room was comfortable in every way but honestly because we caught some warm weather not having AC was a bit uncomfortable during sleeping

Good location. Easy to access old town.
Studio apartment had windows on the internal courtyard. LOTS of noise from bar next door and also inconsiderate residents next door who had loud conversations etc until 1.30am. Room was very stuffy without open window but as soon as the window was open, the noise was bad. Hotel must know about this problem, as they supplied earplugs and a noise reducer. It would be a good idea to let guests knowBEFIRE booking.
