The Portuguese receptionist was very nice, and extremely Helpful, & Friendly.
The meals in Hotel were good.
The Bedroom was extremely clean, & very large.
In the bar area they kept running out of food & drinks, this happened on most nights we had a meal there, it was not only us ,, this needs to be Addressed, not acceptable. You don't expect this to happen.!!

the receptionist, Maria, was very nice and welcoming we were able to checkin early. Very good service in the kitchen too
we can hear the cars outside, the stomping of foot whoever is upstairs (we are at room 116) and the opening of drawers fr next door. I hope its more sound proof especially you are from an early flight and touring around the city
our toilet has molds on the gutter of shower
no hotel slipper that we can use for walking in the hotel or carpet
