The room was big and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful. We had a sofa bed, and they set it up for us before we arrived, which was nice.

1st stay in this lovely old building. Location great for show at the Lyceum . Check in was quick and friendly. Room although obviously old was clean , nicely decorated and had tea and coffee facilities and complimentary shower toiletries. Breakfast was well worth the money and the lovely service from Karen was a bonus in a beautifully set dining room . Would recommend and definitely return

Located very close to city center and main attractions, we never used taxi or public transportation. The staff was super kind, the hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious enough. It was definitely a very good choice

the location is good , tesco , poundland sainsbury all nearby.. princess street is at 5-10 min walk.. good location but i think for the price u can definitely find better options
the extra sofa bed they provided was the worst i ever slept on so creaky and it sank in the middle very very uncomfortable the breakfast is very very limited the second day the fruits had a foul smell which they changed .. the fruits had a foul smell even on the third day but we didn bother telling them the carpet in the room was clean but i think it was old there were many patches and stains .. though not dirty but it gives not a good first impression one of the days the room wasnt cleaned .. although they have a lovely lady in house “Chet” , she promptly cleaned up the room changed towels and refilled the coffee etc
