Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Location was great and close to many things.
I'm not sure if the above-ground units have this issue, but we got a lot of pipe noises (water, creaking, etc.) being in the basement unit. I wouldn't recommend the basement unit, but the units upstairs may not have this problem. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very convenient location in new town and very easy to get in and out of the building. The building required a code to get in, and it felt very safe.

Location is amazing. One can walk to the attractions or can take a bus from the bus stop which is just outside mere 50 metres. The best part is that they have a lift which was very useful for me as I was traveling with my parents who are 75 years. Very comfortable.

Apartment did not represent what the advertisement was. Twin bed was the main bed split, and a couple was for the other double, crammed and very small bed for 2 people. Kitchen facilities poor and not to the standard required as an apartment. Very noisy laneway from pubs late at night.

Central Location.
Facilties in apartment and nearby supermarkets allowed self cater. Or dine out at restaurants and pubs.
Apartment was hot and we had to open windows to cool.
Some supplied pots and pans were chipped.
Toaster was missing release button.

Apartment matches the photos on booking and was clean. The rooms are quite large and so are the bathrooms. It is very well stocked -- coffee, tea, detergents, etc and they even provided milk. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location -- not too far from the tram, bus stops, or Waverly. Anything you might need is a few blocks walk away. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
The only minor complaint was the complexity of the washer/dryer. And when the only complaint is about a wonderful luxury amenity you are thrilled to have, that tells you how great the place is.

The location was excellent with a nice view. Great for a short stay.
The mattresses and pillows are old and need replacing.
I used the washing machine and had water gushing into the apartment and flooding it. Apparently a pipe had come lose. Its was post 7 pm so there was no one to help. I had to mop the floor myself with towels and manually switch off the machine.
I complained the next day and was told that these things happen. They fixed the issue the next day but it was very inconvenient. I couldnt use the kitchen to make my dinner.
There was no compensation made my the property inspite of me asking for it.

Air-conditioning in the bedroom! It was very warm during my visit and I was so glad to turn on the air and sleep well. I loved the little alcove with mirror and plugs to dry hair and get ready at. Nice touch. The kitchen items for breakfast, tea, coffees, a small jug of milk in the fridge were much appreciated.
What I didn't like was no fault of the facility. I had difficulty figuring out the washer/dryer due to being very different than the U.S. I would also add wash cloths/face cloths to the otherwise very well equipped bathroom.

Kitchen had only the most basic utensils making cooking challenging. Not even a complete set of cutlery.
