Bed was comfortable. Location was great.
Extremely overpriced. I looked it up again on the day of the booking and it was £80 cheaper than what I paid per night. Felt like a rip off and I wouldn’t pay the price again. Really not worth it. I stayed in 5star hotels for less and much better rooms and breakfast.
Breakfast was very poor, I’ve had better in hostels. In the second morning didn’t even have a slice of cheese left 45min before breakfast closing time. This feels quite unacceptable for a 4stars.
Extremely disappointed overall.

I like the location and the size of the room.
There was not enough toiletries and when we requested for additional shampoo and body wash it wasn’t delivered. No toothbrush was also provided. Breakfast selection was also limited.

The hotel is located in the old town and is very close to many attractions. The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived before the check-in time and after checking out until we had to leave for the airport. That helped a lot so we could use more time to visit the city.
I was expecting a larger room. To the top floor, there was no elevator, only stairs which made our stay uncomfortable with the much luggage. The ceiling on the top floor is quite low. The room was semi-tidy, and most of the furniture was outworn.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the old town and near to everything. You can also reach the new town in a 5min walk and it was quiet so that was great.
The room was very nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff at the reception was nice and helpful.
The room was very dusty and didn’t look like it was cleaned properly and the fridge was so cold that everything we put in froze and it smelled like someone puked in there.
There’s no toilet brush which isn’t ideal if you want to keep your toilets clean.
One of the housekeepers obviously sniffed around in our stuff so always keep the suitcases locked and put valuable things in the safe.

Location
Debacle before booking because they allowed me to book for me and two children, with me even asking specifically about children, but once I’d paid the very expensive amount, then told me I couldn’t come with children as need someone over 21 in each room - but they wouldn’t refund! Took a lot of phone calls and arguments to eventually be allowed to come. When there, couldn’t work TV for kids, dangerous plug socket, dusty at first (not after first day), tired furniture, stains on sofa….etc. Told staff straight away about TV and socket, nothing happened. Asked again. Nothing. Gave up. Also a very expensive continental breakfast. A joke.
