Everything about it was lovely,staff friendly,quick efficient check in and out... breakfast was great and plenty of choice.
I felt it was a bit expensive for 2 nights but it was the Easter weekend so everywhere was expensive.

Clean comfy rooms and super quiet with good breafast
School holidays so breakfast was chaos and pretty hammered despite trying to be early - the bar area is a little soulless but it’s the brand it’s quite a bit further out than the location suggests -£10 uber ride each time to centre / castle etc

The breakfast was excellent. good quality sausage and bacon etc. plus the usual selection of cereals.also the waffle machine was in constant use. The hotel also has a nice bar and hot snacks were available till late.

Breakfast was good, & in a good location.
Room was comfortable,
Stayed 10-12th April, smoke alarm went off around am, no member of staff checked on us at any stage, not till we went to reception, they informed us it was a false alarm. Then there was no hot water the following morning. We were meeting with family so we had to return later in the day to have a shower.

Friendliness and professional of the staff in the hotel and health and fitness facility.
Though the lobby and the restaurant looks good, but the rooms and the facilities is a bit outdated, and the aircon seems not really working

Old town is close.

Room furnishings and size. Comfortable bed. The heating worked. Breakfast. The restaurant next door, which was actually quite independent of the hotel.
Windows that don't open. Absolutely horrible not to be able to open a window, makes me feel caged. Saying they have a restaurant, when what they actually have is a breakfast room. It's not normal to claim you have a restaurant, if you serve only breakfast.

I am satisfied with this city.
We checked in on April 13th and checked out before 11 a.m. on April 15th. On the same night, I found that I had left my necklace in the bathroom of room 413. I called the receptionist from 8 to 9 a.m. on April 16, and she said she would help me find it. I also left my phone number, but she didn't call me back. So I wrote an email at 7.40 p.m., but there is still no reply. And that necklace is very important to me, but the hotel did not treat it as a serious and important thing.

The staff were attentive, the room spacious, the decor and reception area modern and clean.
Scott was particularly friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area with ideas for my boys. He went above and beyond and should be recognised for his efforts.
The room wasn't fully set up for 3. We needed am extra bath towel and cup.
Beds were left unmade and reception explained that they are made after 4 days. I've never stayed at a hotel were the beds have not been made daily. I feel the usual standard expected was not met there.
