Easy to get to, convenient & comfortable.
The tea & coffee cups were not cleaned and changed each day. Had to wash them out in the basin to reuse them.

Functional design of the room
Cleanliness could be improved. Carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed nor the trash thrown when the room was cleaned. Hallway carpet seem to have not been cleaned as well since the dirt was there for quite some time.
