Proximity to airport, fast and convenient shuttle service, even in the early hours. Staff were friendly and helpful.
As the hotel faces onto the runway of the airport, it was noisy (as to be expected) with planes landing and taking off. It didn't bother us too much, but just to be aware of rooms facing the runway.

Good location, shuttle bus stops outside the hotel and there every 15 mins so very convient to get to the airport
Paid over £100 per 1 night for this poor hotel. Ok close to the airport, but bathroom with broken shower head..Had flight early morning, breakfast buffet was having a very poor selection, coffee awful, cannot imagine such poor quality food included in breakfast. Had to pay extra for parking..feels like a waste of money

Bathroom recently renovated. Room spacious. Restaurant open even early in the morning when we needed to leave. We also had supper there.
There was no hot breakfast at the time we left. Some things in the breakfast were running low.

Looked a bit run down on the outside and road in was shocking needed re-tarred . parking on site is a bit of a con as says£12 a day but was charged £24 on the ticket machine you had to use a discount card to get money back we were only parking from 6pm-3am .

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly, except for the waiter, Emmanuel. He was a very unpleasant, rude person with no interest in being friendly or serving guests. I really wanted to tell him how terrible he is at customer service. When someone is unable to work face-to-face, it would be a good idea to relocate them to an area where they won't have contact with anyone. I have no complaints about anything else. The receptionist was very friendly, and the shuttle service was excellent.
