Modern accommodation in an old close off the Royal Mile towards the Holyrood end where the crowds of tourists start to thin out. Lovely helpful staff everything I wanted to do from Arthurs Seat to Edinburgh Castle was in walking distance. The home baking of Clarindas tearoom was just across the road so was the Old Tollbooth pub. Edinburgh is lovelier than Paris. Great place to stay would love to return!

Pleasant and helpful staff. We have everything we need. The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was walking distance to the town center and eateries and Edinburgh castle.

The staff were polite and they tried to help: but unfortunately problems were beyond their means.
Lot of facilities do not work. Hot water in kitchen and wash basins didnt work at all. Sofa upholstery extremely dirty, to the extent that my family refused to sit in the living space!! Shower cubicle door in one bathroom broken. TV displays only 3 or 4 channels!! Can you imagine!!!

Very near to royal mile. Walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Spacious, Very clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped.
If you drag your luggage to the hotel, please check few routes. The roads are not flat and not smooth to drag the luggage.
