The sink in the bathroom didn't work properly, and the floor got wet.

Great location in Edinburgh. Close to tram stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous cocktails in the bar food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was superb. Room was clean and quiet and we slept well.

Location was excellent apart from the building work.
It would have been good to know about the extensive and noisy building work at the back of the building. We were disturbed from early in the morning with singing, yelling and building noises (I think they were building scaffolding??)
