I had requested an early entry to my room and had been informed they would try their best to accomodate which they did. This helped so much as I was meeting friends and it gave to time to get ready in the hotel.
I stayed in an accessible room due to cost not requirement it was lovely big bed very cosy.
I was on a night out and was staying in room 106 ground floor so had to walk through the bar to access my room. It would have been good to be able to access through the fire door next to the room I realise this may not be a possible solution a minor point as I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at the Toby Carvery was excellent as always. Our room was of a high standard of cleanliness Angela and her team of ladies should be praised for their attention to detail. The bar and restaurant staff, Aimee, Donna, Scott, Chris, Pamela just to name a few do an amazing job, warm and very welcoming, cannot do enough to make your meal/drinks fabulous. The kitchen staff Jamie, Callum and the team produce amazing n delicious meals. Thank to you all.

I would really recommend this hotel as the staff were friendly especially the cleaners who surprised us with our teddy. The location is great too as there is a bus stop right outside.

The buffet at the Carvery is loaded with tasty selections that looked so good I had to try a little of everything every time and I was never disappointed. Tender meats and roasted veggies were so good. Lots of shops to walk to in the area and also a bus stop out in front. The staff are friendly and helpful and that lended to the wonderful stay I had there for 3 nights.
There's nothing to not like. What more could ya want; good food, great cocktails, warm room, 15' to the bus stop.
