We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Edinburgh. All the staff were incredibly kind and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and we felt truly at home. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Location is really good, with a shortcut to head straight to where the Main Street is.
I specifically asked for a quiet(er) room and while I know it’s on an availablity basis I didn’t feel like it’s been considered as my room was facing the back (I think loading/unloading bay) and noise begin at very early in the morning and it truly disappoints.

Location is strategic. 3 min walk from central train and bus station and 1 min walk from the magnificent mike
Double superior rooms do not have access to open view but rather to air shaft. That would not been an issue if there was efficient lighting in the room. Lighting is design is very poor and one is unable to read a book or newspaper in the room day or night. Reserved double room but got a double bed and a single one limiting available space . That happened twice. Room size for double and triple room is the same but it appears they are not being accommodated according to client bookings
