We had a large room.
I stayed for 7 nights (6 days). For two days no one came to clean the room, so we stayed with trash in the room, dirty towels, no soap, toilet paper, tea, sugar, water, etc. On the third day, when we returned to the hotel and found that it had not been cleaned, although we wanted to rest, I had to look for a maid. Although there were several maids on the floor, they were talking and laughing, so none came. Only after I went to the reception did a maid arrive. For the cleanliness of the room, the score would be 0. Regarding the breakfast, I cannot say that it was the same every day, because day by day, some of the dishes disappeared and were not replaced. I think some dishes were reused from one day to the next. The opening time in the dining room was constantly delayed, we were told "due to lack of staff".

The room was comfortable and quiet
A member of the reception staff who was on checkout today at 1015 , found her rude in checkin Then on checkout she attended the man in front and was all friendly and nice to him but was solemn and hostile towards me made me feel like I would not return after my 2 encounters with her this stay . The last stay she was not here and staff amazing . Also breakfast was cold not good

Location good and bed comfortable
Cleanliness of room not great. Ball of hair on bathroom floor and suspect carpet had not been hoovered, seemed to be quite a lot of hair/fluff on it. Coffee/tea facilities in room poor for the price. Two tiny bits of shortbread only. Changing rooms at pool - plug holes full of hair despite cleaners just having left. Conditioner bottles empty, poolside water fountain warm. No clean cups in gym. Says thermal suite in reality just a sauna. Breakfast pretty poor, bacon awful. Fruit minimal. Pastries poor quality. Appreciate paying for location but a bit more attention to cleanliness and breakfast would be expected for this price.

Breakfast had lot of options/all warm and fresh. Lots of different options. Room was a good size and so was the bathroom.
Well aware that it was busy but it could be more clear where you order from the menu for breakfast that comes along side the buffet.

Room was very spacious. Excellent swimming pool, sauna and gym. In walking distance of everything the city had to offer. The hotel offered rented umbrellas for two days for a very cheap price, very convenient and definitely came in handy. Had issues figuring out how to operate the shower, and the staff were very friendly and helped us immediately.
Bar had limited options for draught beer.

Very welcoming , friendly staff on reception Cleaners very helpful following blocked shower leaking everywhere, dealt with quickly Over zealous front desk lady at breakfast , checking in , name , room , then finding a table - even after popping to the bathroom same process (could be slightly less intense) Quiet location , good facilities but unable to use pool or treatments too full
