It was beautiful to look at from the outside, the reception area was dated but clean.
No parking. The room was tidy. That was the only saving grace, the bathroom was dirty and smelt of wee, the shower was dirty!
Im the room its self the carpet was stained and had bits all over it! The bed was made which made it look clean but once the covers were pulled back you could see stains through the sheets, on the mattress, the mattress was hard and lumpy, there were little things sticking up on top of the mattress! The pillows were flat and uncomfortable! Id driven 5hrs 30 mins and had no sleep once there

To whoever may consider book a room in this guest house I suggest you should book any other available or else it is totally based on your luck what you get but not what you choose/ stated on the website.
A very ridiculous experience, booked an en-suite room which we been provided a room with cold water shower. Rang the receptionist about the issue and they reply us they couldnt find anyone for the emergency call out to fixed it, it is over 10 oclock at night so we can understand this. But they just offer us to shower in the so called Manager room which outside our room and still need to share with people in a few different rooms, alternatively we need to wait till next morning for someone may turn up to fix it.
The problem is we paid for the facilities, for the en-suite room end up we been offered a share shower room. They not even bother to offer any compensation by still mentioned there are hotels charges at higher rate than them, and yes I know about that but this is the rates you set for public with the facilities stated clearly what included. I had agreed to pay over 90 for an en-suite room in your guest house but you didnt fulfill the facilities you stated online thats not fair!
Does that mean you can change anything without any notice? Even a room without bed I still have to accept it just because somewhere else charge at higher rates and you might tell me oh sorry, you are unlucky the bed in your room just broken before you check in, this is what you have to take now.?
