Breakfast was great but for a lack of cow’s milk. There were all the synthetic/ organic milks, but I like cow’s milk, just like most other people. It was in the coffee machine apparently.
The shower was also great; the best one in my 2 week travel around Scotland & England.
Disappointed about having to pay extra for breakfast - 28 pounds! You would be much better saying “breakfast included”, even if you split the extra cost. There were families of 5 or 6 people; that’s almost 100 quid just for breakfast!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the hotel. Staff were super friendly. The ambience of the hotel is cosy. The room is decent size and is very clean. Lovely food served at the restaurant and close to amenities and public transport.

- Good location for a few nights before or after a flight. Right next to the tram station and a couple of shops.
- Big swimming pool for the kids.
- Nice big room with a fridge
The bathroom door had a Japnese vibe and thus did not provide too much privacy. At night, the door also let a lot of light through.

Location, parking, spacious, clean and modern.
Window was broken, and kept opening due to high winds and rain.
Complained at reception but they were not interested.

Nice hotel, room looked good
TV chrome cast thing didn't work. No option of any other apps so could only watch freeview tv, would be nice to have an app on there like netflix or something to log in to.

The location of the hotel is fantastic with the regular tram service to the city centre and airport within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is situated close to a retail park so there were options to eat locally.
We had the breakfast, which was busy and regulary topped up by the staff.
The staff were very attentive and helpful with queries, especially the cleaning staff who were on our floor.
The room was very clean, the bedding and towels were fresh and I'd happily recommend staying in this hotel.

Easy to access from airport on the tram. Welcoming atmosphere and comfortable room. Loved the Rituals toiletries and staff were kind. Great night’s sleep.
No complaints except a bit of a dark walk (short) from nearby tram stop; would benefit from more lighting or signage as a solo traveller arriving at night.
