Everything’s okay and good, facilities are clean. We had fun in our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The receptionist who checked me in initially said there might not be a booking for a family with kids, but I confirmed I had one. Upon taking my name, she found the booking, but that first impression was alarming and worrying, and she didn't even apologize for her immediate assumption. She's lovely and accommodating, but proper training with such immediate remarks and customer service are essential at all times.
