Loved how central it was, staff were lovely - bar area lovely and the breakfast was 10/10
The heat of the room, was stifling and couldnt leave window open as we were on ground floor.

Great location, great staff in fact they were amazing and work very hard to ensure an excellent customer experience. Food was fabulous
Rooms need some TLC, and with it being location at the back of the property meant bin men daily and emptying bottles early morning so noisy.

Really high standard of fit out of the rooms. Location is central. Young and lively vibe. Food and drinks excellent.
People have commented on the noise from the bottle recycling. It is noisy but only during the afternoon. At night it was very quiet and we slept very well in extremely comfortable beds.

Rooms were spacious and good amenities right in the centre of Edinburgh next to many bars, restaurants and historical places of interest.
Rooms are great but not sure about the surround on the bed which was a little strange. But the bed was comfortable and great size.

Really great location and fantastic breakfast! The staff were amazing and held our bags for us before check-in from 9am which allowed us to go out and explore the city throughout the day. All in all a great stay!
Not something specific to our stay, however, might be worth looking into rooms over weekend as it may be quite noisy? Above a stylish bar and restaurant that opens until late. We could not hear anything overnight on our stay but we stayed on a Monday.
