Disappointing
I liked the lounge, for the most part the room was very comfortable.
The spa was crowded and the wristband policy was not enforced. There were crowds from tour groups filling up the spa, just walking in from the pool. Water stations in spa were empty and not refilled. Room service quality was poor.

Very modern lovely room fancy decor. Very clean. Bedroom lovely although hairdryer in a drawer not practical and mirror too high above dressing table.
Location and noise from the cocktail/food vendors out side one the brasserie entrance. Felt it was understaffed bar staff were erratic.. Very busy with rude Americans. They didnt adhere to phone policy up in spa 8 Asian men disrobed took selfies and videoed themselves entering roof top spa pool at one point 14 of us all in pool. Wasnt at all relaxing. Very much doubt Id return to spa/hotel.

The beds were really comfy.
Once got to the room never really had much to do with the staff although all our issues were sorted out straight away. Had to repeat twice that breakfast was included in our stay.

Its immaculate, the staff are so friendly and courteous even when other guests are rude to them, totally shocked how a guest spoke to member of staff at dinner.
The food in the restaurant was amazing, had the crab & pea panacota, I can still taste it.
Caitlin from the bar was in charge of our gin tasting, amazing young woman. Gin tasting was really good too.

The spa is really incredible for the most part. Has a lot of great design details that are worth the upcharge, like the hydropool that leads outside. Room service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Staff were very nice to us. The view and location were as promised. Altogether a pleasant experience with a good rate.
The steps leading into the hydropool are unsafe because they have no grip. I slipped on them and jammed my toe. There also werent towels in the spa, or enough towels in the rooms. The phone was hard to use. The Smart TV features did not work.
