The staff were extremely polite and hospitable. It was very clean both the bathroom and the room in general. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy while also being a great value for money.

Very friendly staff, proactive, communicating, very smooth, felt welcomed, nothing was a problem, the heating in the room was very well solved, everything was nice and clean, would come again!
Shower was a bit small, but that was all :)

Cozy, sufficient amenities, not too expensive, near to city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful, complimentary snacks like fruits, cereals, milk, yoghurt.
No real issues. There is no elevator but no worries on that front to be very honest.

Despite not seeing the hosts, they responded to a query (adjustment to the radiator in the room) very quickly.
It was easy to check in and out.
Room was very clean.

About a mile from the college and the castle, etc. easy walk or convenient and safe bus ride. Price point was good.
Bath was a short walk down the hall. Upgraded, clean, and private. Thus the better price point. Not an issue for me.

The house was very nice and the room comfortable and clean. It was easy to get in touch with the staff. It was possible to leave our baggage at the property after checkout which was also a plus.
