Too busy handling other travellers there was rarely a space to sit in the lobby it was always full of either people arriving to book in, or people waiting for taxis etc to leave.

Everything room was spacious location was perfect near the shopping mall, restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The manager offered our group the use of their private lounge so our group could continue enjoying our drinks they even opened the kitchen so we could order food.

Location was perfect for visiting Edinburgh. Breakfast was good but busy. Employees try their best to accommodate everyones needs the best they can.
Maybe its the excessive rain or just the need to refresh the carpets in corridors and bedrooms, our floor had a damp smell that wasnt very pleasing.
