Good location in New Town with walking distance to many of the sights. Our room (30) was very spacious, nice and clean. Also nice bathroom. However there was only a rainshower/overhead shower in the bathroom. WiFi signal was very poor and kept disconnecting every two or three minutes. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel’s décor is vibrant and stylish, adding a fun and unique touch to the overall experience. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful—we even received a call the day before our arrival to check if we had any questions, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic. I’ve already recommended this place to others!
I noticed that the bathroom could use a small bit of maintenance—for instance, one of the ceiling tiles was loose.

Lovely room and good view over the firth of forth. Breakfast service was a bit haphazard and took too long to serve. Evening meals were nothing special and not really up to standard.

Every person at the reception, at the bar or in the restaurant was very friendly and sincere. The rooms were perfect, the curtains might be different but not a big deal. They made me and my family feel valued. If I go to edinburgh again I will definitely stay there again.
Nothing I don't like, I just think the curtains don't fit the room design =)
