The hotel is located perfect for the city centre 10 mins on the bus stop from outside, and easy to get there in a car. The gym and health club was fab and all the staff were brilliant. Breakfast was spot on

Very clean and comfortable the bed was great.
Breakfast was superb the staff are very professional and welcoming
Leisure facilities perfect.
We had a meal in the restaurant on the first night the food was lovely we were very pleased.

Pool closed. Seemed odd to have to go to bar when dining to place order then staff never offered to refresh drinks.

Like the fact it has a bus stop outside to get us into the castle
I didnt like the whole process of paying for my room on arrival, duplicate payment was taken out my account and its been an absolute nightmare over last couple weeks trying to get my money refunded which i still havent got back in my account. Not one person has called me back to keep me updated ive had to call hotel on numerous occasions. Will not be back to hotel in future.
