Loved the location ideal for London near attractions
Room was great but a few things wrong balcony door was not opened when it said it would be, no extra towels had to reorder more with more bottles of water which didn't turn up in the end next morning we had no hot water for the bath waited over a hour for engineer to turn up by then had a cold shower so wasn't very impressed at all but as I said great room

Location was convenient once hotel was found - difficult to follow map from Waterloo station. Need to go to Lambeth North, it is closest to there.
Pool required booking and upon our 4pm arrival, was already booked out until the following day's checkout time. Children were disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming.

Location is great. Breakfast is good. Control to the Lambeth and Waterloo Stations. Short walk to the Thames, Big Ben, London Eye. Supermarket around the corner. Steam Room and Sauna were excellent.
Check in is slow and the queues at breakfast can get long so go early!
