The excellent service provided by staff! They were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. I thought it was very nice and helpful of staff to show us around to the different areas before taking us to our room. I loved the beautiful cutlery and the variety of teas left for us. The fruits and chocolates for us to enjoy were such a special touch.
The noise from the trains and quite a bit of noise outside the room in the morning. Just people going about their day, but still would have been better if there was less of it.

The location is perfect for South Kensington, the museums and the Albert Hall. The hotel is absolutely beautifully decorated and furnished with very high end finishes and amenities. Our room on the top floor was spacious, comfortable and the marble lined bathroom very luxurious - there’s even a TV above the bath! Breakfast was also excellent
The staff were fantastic apart from the one person who checked us in when we arrived - she was pretty unfriendly if I am honest .. real shame
